Ok, we are family of 5. 3 kids are 10 months, 4 and 7.
We require a beach for kids, sea thats not too deep so they can paddle / swim. Sand for building things!
Want a pool for kids. So a holiday camp, family friendly hotel, apartments witha pool. I have spent two days looking and cannot find anything!
Went last year to Zaton which was perfect but want to go lower down in Croatia this year. Any suggestions?

I’m planning a trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando but I’ll have to bring my dog. Are there any pet friendly rooms or resorts? I’ve only been able to find the camp ground but I do not want to camp. Any help would be great. Thanks!

My son is 18 1/2 months and a FABULOUS sleeper. We are going camping for the first time for the summer and was looking for a little input. we own a travel trailer and my son will be sleeping in the pack and play. Last year–he was little enough to just old/rock to sleep and then put in the pack and play. This year is going to be tricky. I want to keep his schedule somewhat normal. I know camping allows for some flexibility though. At home–we do 2 or 3 “nighty night” books and then I lay him down, turn on his music box and he’s set! I’m nervous that this won’t work at camp. It’s going to be a new surrounding, new “bed,” new noises etc. Any advice from anyone who has either camped or traveled with a child this age? How was the transitions from bed to pack and play? Home to camper/tent/hotel room? Any advice is appreciated. I’m hoping he will be good and tired enough to pass out.

ps–Advice about nap-time would be great too. I don’t really wanna skip nap. He gets VERY cranky without it.

I want to go to Bumbershoot, but I will be driving from Portland, and the hotels are so expensive around Seattle Center. Does anyone know of camping options? I would love to find a place to park my van and sleep.

I am going on a road trip to California from Illinois and back. From start to finish, it will be about a month, 3 to 4 days on the road each way, and the rest of the time staying with family(and eating out of their fridge, haha). What is a ballpark amount of how much money I should bring on this trip if I plan to camp and/or get cheap hotels?

Camping? Rent a cabin on a lake? Hotel by the beach? Waterpark? Other?
