if so where are you staying ,a b&b hotel or camp site has any one stayed there before and how safe is it

Im wanting to go on a long road-trip. I dont want to camp and cant afford hotels/hostels. So i was thinking a caravan – but i dont need the sink, cooker, fridge, tv, etc. Is there a manufactured caravan that only has a bed in it? Or something like a minimalist caravan lol. Thanks!

Are there any guesthouses/camps/hotels that would accommodate 21 people and something cheap cuz there is a very strict money limit.

Hello, its the summer holiday and me and a group of friends (will be less then 8 of us) are wanting to get away some where for a few days. None of can drive so this limits us to having to somewhere linked to public transport, and our ages too as it seems not many places want groups of young people which i guess is understandable. I live in West Yorkshire but the distance away isnt our biggest concern, not bothered what type of holiday, camping, hotel, B&B etc: anything thats cheap, will have us, and can get there by train and buses , thankyou !

I need some info on camp sites (as in pop-up campers & tent sites) & some reasonibly priced hotels nearest to the Guadalupe River. And also like I said before any websites that have info and prices for tubing down the river. Thank you!!!

I am looking at renting a Christian youth camp for the wedding. It is possible to rent out various cabins (some are private with Queen-sized beds and their own bathrooms, others are large cabins with bunk beds and shared bathrooms). I thought this would be nice because people could stay there all weekend and not have to worry about driving. There would also be activities available all weekend, like horseback riding, hiking, etc.

The camp charges per person staying, not by renting out an entire cabin. For example, it costs $30 per person per night if they stay in one of the cabins with bunk beds, and a little more for the private cabins. Because of the arrangements, I would have to pay the camp upfront for the number of guests staying overnight.

I plan to pay for the extra activities, but spending $60 per person to stay there two nights — plus all the other wedding expenses — is just not possible. But since I have to pay the camp myself, that means guests would have to pay me for their stay. I’m worried they either 1) won’t end up paying or 2) will find this awkward or rude.

On the other hand, it would be less expensive than staying in a hotel and they’d be on site all weekend for activities. A hotel is also available several miles away.

Any thoughts?

Its a tradition that we have initiation for the freshman on one of the nights during the camp. This year we are going to a camp on a lake, and our rooms are in a hotel. It can’t be anything mean or harmful, but can be funny and entertaining! Last year we made all the girls wear sports bras and thongs over the shorts and we had a dance thing in a room. When they entered, we drew things on their stomachs and we made them do funny things in the dance. It was fun, but now we need a new idea for this year! Any thoughts?
