		<description>no dont know, but will add this, great place been there once when i was in the states. Feels like you went back in time about 60 years. bad part is beach is very wide (a long walk from start of beach to water) also it is a dry city you must go to another town to buy beer etc.. but food places alow you to bring your own drinks with you. so you can sit down to eat with your own bottle of jack or jim beam lol</description>

The Oceanview is currently turning their act around -- they were getting pretty bad reviews over at tripadvisor.
