How to stay at Camp Casey Hotel as a civilian?

I am visiting a friend nearby Camp Casey. I was stationed there back in 1978-1979. Is it possible to stay there as a civilian? If not, what would I need to do? Thanks

    If your friend is in the military/contractor he or she can get you a pass. It’s usually no more than 2 weeks. Just provide your passport and American ID. They will hold on to that until you hand the pass in. If your friend is no longer associated with the military you are out of luck,
