my wife hates camping?

how do i make it more enjoyable for her!! she only wants 2 stay in hotels..

You know i want her to drink with me and my friends at the beach, an stay in the tent with me.. but she refuses… any suggestions!!
its only for one night an a day at this beautiful beach with really cool, mature people… we play beer pong, sing by the fires, i mean we are in japan, im not gunna buy a trailer or anything for a few nights out here. i do all the work anyways, i just ask that she be happy wit me… but as of now she JUST said she will go with me. =)

    Women **** camping, ’cause it’s all the work of home, with none of the comforts.

    They like hotels ’cause they don’t have to make meals and do the freaking dishes.

    I feel her pain and concur totally – with her!

    Why would I want to be in a place without any running water and flush toilets! Sleeping in a canvas enclosure and being the possible next meal to a wandering hungry bear or canabalistic tribe of hillbillies in the middle of the night…

    And sitting up all night with my hubby’s idiotic friends drinking – Never!

    you need to spend some money and buy a camper or travel trailer and go to a campground where u can hook up water and sewage so that she feels more comfortable and maybe she will do the whole tent camping sometime

    Many MANY women enjoy camping, it’s a very poor generalization to lump us all together. I know several men who wouldn’t go camping if you paid them. I really don’t think it’s a gender thing, it’s a genetic thing.

    Maybe you should identify something she would like to do and tell her that if she lets her guard down and really tries to enjoy a night of camping, that you will go do something she likes to do (that you typically don’t enjoy). AND, when she does agree to go with you, make sure you invite her for a relaxing walk on the beach for just the two of you. Don’t ignore her. Do this often enough, and she may want to camp with you again!
