Does anyone know of any travel group that arranges international tours where you stay in youth hostels or camp as opposed to staying in hotels?

Generally speaking, most travel agencies and websites develop partnerships with the places that they recommend. Hostels don’t really fit well into this business model, so it will be tough to find a place that will give you a trip plan based around them.
There are places online that have decent directories though. Try , and if it doesn’t suit your purposes, try searching for hostels on google maps near the location you plan on visiting.
