What’s a fun place to vacation in Utah that’s not camping or in Salt Lake?

Camping Hotels
Damon L asked:

I need to plan my honeymoon, but we can’t really afford to go that far. We live in Salt Lake, so that’s out, and camping seems … ill-suited for honeymooning. Also to consider: we **** Park City and also don’t want to be in a hotel where people are camping. That’s tacky. What’s left? Idaho? Southeastern Oregon? Elko?

Idaho might be an option, but there’s not much to do there in the way of touristy activities. I do like the Pocatello area, downtown is very nice, and there is a themed inn there called the Black Swan Inn that might be fun.
Also, have you thought about Grand Junction, Colorado? The area is beautiful, and there are several nice B&Bs as well as a number of nice hotels.
